- Order Processing
- Silver products purchased on-line are usually ready to ship within 2 - 3 business days. Each and every piece of our jewelry must pass a final inspection before it’s polished, securely packed and ready for shipment. If extra time is needed to process your order, you will be notified via e-mail within 24 hrs.
- Order Confirmation
- Please note that a signature is always required upon receipt. We regret that packages cannot be left “at the front door” as the risk of theft with unattended parcels is just too great.
- Delivery Times and Tracking
- The shipping option you select at checkout will determine how long it takes your order to reach you. Delivery times can vary from a month to just 3 or 4 days depending on the method you select at checkout. Order tracking information is available in your user account. Login to your account to view details, such as: order history, status, etc.
- Delivery Options
- Hot Biker Jewelry offers 3 different shipping options. Detailed information is provided below so you can choose the method that best serves your shipping requirements.
1) FedEx Express Insured Mail
FedEx is quick, reasonably priced and guaranteed delivery to your door. - Cost: $32 for shipments up to ½ kilo in weight - USA only.
Delivery Time: Approximately 3- 5 business days
Facilities: Online tracking
Insurance: Includes insurance up to value of combined purchase of goods
Signature: Required upon delivery
Rates for customers outside USA should email for a quote before bidding or making a purchase
Cannot be shipped to a P.O. BOX or FPO/APO address.
Please note that France charges substantial broker fees to clear incoming FedEx shipments. Brokerage charges are levied in addition to FedEx shipping charges
- FedEx packages that are unclaimed by the customer will be charged an additional fee ($32) for return shipping.
- 2) Consolidated Shipping
A lower priced shipping option that can cut days off delivery times. Consolidated shipments typically post from our factory 2 – 3 times a week. - Cost: $14
Delivery Time: Approximately 7 – 10 days
Facilities: Tracking is available after orders leave our Denver shipping hub
Insurance: Not available with consolidated orders
Signature: Required upon delivery
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses must use this shipping option. No tracking is available for APO/FPO addresses
3) Registered Mail
International Registered Mail is inexpensive, reasonably reliable and can be shipped to a P.O. Box. Registered mail is only available on orders less than $100.
Cost: $8
Delivery Time: Approximately 10 to 32 days
Facilities: No online tracking
Not available for APO/FPO addresses
Registered post is only offered on single or combined purchases up to $100 USD worldwide
No refunds offered on items shipped via registered post as per our refund policy

- Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with all receipts. We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge. If you have wrongly received a sent item, please contact us and we will arrange collection for the most convenient time and date. Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted minus any delivery charge, purchases made via Paypal will en cure Paypal's Cancellation fee. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with this criteria.
