- After your order is placed all pertinent shipping information can be accessed by logging into your account dashboard. This included tracking numbers, status, etc. If you did not open an account, tracking numbers, if they are available, will be e-mailed to you when your order ships.

- Returns & Replacements
- Hot Biker Jewelry offers a 30-day, hassle free, return policy. Clients can either choose a refund, exchange or credit for the value of the goods minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Please e-mail us to arrange returns. We will e-mail you immediately with clear instructions on how to return products to our office safely. If you don’t e-mail us for authorization we cannot guarantee safe delivery of your returned item.
